Return to your country of origin

  • If your asylum application is rejected, you will need to leave the Netherlands and return to your country of origin.
  • There are organizations that can support you with practical and financial help.

Reapply for asylum

  • You might be able to reapply for asylum.
  • This is only possible when there are new facts that were not considered during your first asylum procedure. Ask your lawyer if this is an option for you.
